Proactive Management is a boutique-style management group specializing in commercial properties. The founder, Kevin W. Boeve, a commercial real estate broker and developer, decided to start Proactive Management when he realized his own investments were being managed below standards by some of the nation’s leading companies. He designed Proactive Management with his clients and their assets best interests in mind.

The company’s expertise encompasses all areas needed to transform underperforming properties to successful income producing assets. Planning, tenant solicitation, marketing, budgeting, financing, construction and property management are areas where Proactive Management’s staff excel.

Proactive Management is well-known for its first class level of service, professionalism, personal involvement with each asset, and exceptional communication with vendors, tenants and our clients.

Jennifer is a licensed real estate agent who started her career in commercial real estate in 1999. Jennifer has worked for Mr. Boeve since 2005 and has focused solely on commercial property management since 2008. Jennifer is knowledgeable and experienced in multiple aspects of commercial real estate such as development, leasing, sales, and management which allows her to provide educated guidance, support, and assistance in any of these areas.

Kimberly joined Proactive Management in 2015 with more than six years of commercial leasing and management experience. Kimberly handles property maintenance and rent collections and also assists with budgeting, reconciliations, and contract negotiation. She also works directly with tenants to ensure that all questions, concerns and maintenance requests are handled in a quick and efficient manner. Kimberly is also a commissioned Notary Public and has a background in real estate that dates back to 2003.
